Shipping + Returns

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY: 

We ship via USPS.  When your item(s) ships, you will receive an email with the parcel number; this is a delivery confirmation number, NOT a tracking number. The number may not show or be updated within the USPS system even though it has shipped.  Please know that your order is on its way. Estimated transit times are shown when you checkout, these are transit estimates once the item(s) SHIPS and leaves. This is NOT expedited service only an estimate of the length of time the package will take to get to you once it has shipped.  Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 4-6 days (business) to process.


BACKORDERS:

You can still place your order and we will do our best to get it to you asap.  We know when you LOVE something, we will do our best to make it happen. We heart your patience and excitement.


RETURNS:  

We LOVE what we do and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of an item unworn, unwashed, non-sale clothing with no stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit ONLY.  We do not offer refunds. The Return shipping is payable by the customer and it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery.  Moxie Love is not responsible for the loss of a returned parcel and the original payment of shipping will not be refunded. We will process your refund within 72 hours of the arrival of the returned item, followed by a confirmation email. Moxie Love reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.  


ORDER CHARGES: 

To get your items to you in a jiffy, your credit card is charged when you place an order. Though we check all orders very carefully before ship, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order.


ORDER CHANGES:  Check it twice! Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes to the order, including cancellation.  


JEWELRY REPAIRS:

A three month repair warranty is available on all jewerly products.   Please return defective product to MOXIE LOVE with the original dated invoice from MOXIE LOVE.  We will repair or subsitute the damaged product with a similar product of equal value.
